Ubuntu for life being a Christian organization promotes good character and behavior. The organization has to make sure that each child accommodated must have positive change of behavior. It is the role of everybody at the home to promote good character and positive behavior.

The organization has a disciplinary committee that comprises of at least one director, the person in charge, the children leader and one other children’s representative.

The committee works hand in hand to ensure that any misconduct is well dealt with leading to positive results. Guidance and counseling is key in this whole process so that the child is well mentored. The organization does not support any form of corporal punishment at all neither is denial of basic needs advocated for.

After the child has shown an improvement in behavior he is rewarded. Certificate of merit will be awarded and a role model token.
